Thermal Product Solutions Ships Gruenberg Conveyor Oven for Epoxy Curing

Thermal Product Solutions (TPS), a global manufacturer of thermal-processing equipment, announced the shipment of a Gruenberg conveyor oven to a custom engineering company. The conveyor oven will be used for epoxy curing.

This Gruenberg conveyor oven has a maximum temperature rating of 212⁰ F and work chamber dimensions of 28” W x 72” D x 16” H. The oven has the capabilities to process one (1) pallet, approximately 8”W x 15”L x 5”H, every four (4) minutes. Each pallet has 12 pieces which will be loaded and unloaded by customer supplied loading equipment. The curing oven utilizes two belt conveyor systems which will allow for one forward conveyor and one return warming conveyor. A positive back stop is provided at the load end of the conveyor which allows the customer to place the product on the belt and maintain a 7” space between parts.
