The operating temperature of this oven is between 200ºF and 550ºF. It has a maximum temperature of 550ºF and meets the ISO class 7 cleanliness standard. Using HEPA filters to maintain air cleanliness, this Gruenberg cabinet oven will be manufactured silicon-free.
